Paul was brilliant, I was very worried as we were buying without being able to view or test drive the vehicle. We live in the Channel Islands so have to ship over. Paul has arranged delivery to the harbour and reassured me that all would be well. His customer service and communication is excellent. I’m just waiting on the van which I’m hoping will be as good as Paul is.

Been looking for a new van for a few weeks, knew of P/G as passed the signage outside several times and they have a website that's easy to navigate and updates regularly with new vehicles. Decided to pop in and have a look at a couple of vans. Paul made the process very easy, let me look around the vans etc without no hard sell answered all my questions without loading me with tmi. Wanted to have a think over a few days, didn't receive any pushy messages that u do get sometimes from dealers. Was happy for me to make right decision. I have now purchased a van from them, everything was easy n smooth on the finance side and van was ready to go within 24hrs. Very comfortable and excellent service, would highly recommend.

Helpful, approachable, trustworthy
No problem with the service, I had a problem with the key which needed a new key, it took a few weeks but both Phil and Paul ensured me it would be sorted and kept me posted every step of the way. Not once did I feel there would be any problem as both were more than helpful whenever I contacted them. My wife is buying a van shortly and I shall be asking them what they have in stock

We saw a van advertised and went to view at the weekend, The salesman Paul was very friendly and helpful not pushy, able to answer our questions, van was as advertised, We returned on Tuesday 13th to purchase the van, All paperwork/warrantees were fully explained, and Paul even helped with taxing the van...was smooth process start to finish, would recommend PG van's and Paul...

Upon my arrival, I was acknowledged but no pressure was put on me.
There was also no pressure from anyone in the team when I was looking around the car. I was left to my own devices. Any questions I had was answered.
Communication from start to finish was very clear.
The transition of all the paper work was smooth. All in all a good service and experience.
